PENGARUH LOCUS OF CONTROL INTERNAL, STRES KERJA DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PERSONIL POLRES PASAMAN BARAT DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (STUDI KASUS PADA KESATUAN POLRES PASAMAN BARAT)

Abstract

This study aims to find and analyze the extent of the influence of internal locus of control, job stress and
organizational culture on the West Pasaman Police personnel performance and job satisfaction as an
intervening variable (case study on the Unitary Police West Pasaman).The population in this study were all
West Pasaman Police personnel numbering 225 personnel. Determination of the number of samples using
Slovin formula, where the results of the calculation of the number of samples found by 144 personnel. The
sampling technique used was random sampling random sample by strata and proportionate. While the
model of this research is Structural Equations Modeling (SEM) analysis tool used by Amos 16.The study
found there is a significant positive influence internal locus of control, job stress, organizational culture and
job satisfaction on the performance of personnel. Furthermore, there is also found a significant positive
influence internal locus of control, job stress and organizational culture on job satisfaction. Another finding
of this study also revealed that job satisfaction variables in this study can not strengthen the influence of
internal locus of control, job stress and organizational culture on performance of personnel.
