PENGARUH PERSON-ORGANIZATION FIT DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi Pada Pegawai SKPD di Kabupaten Pasaman Barat)
Abstract
This research was aimed to identify the effect of Person Organization Fit andCompetence on the Employee Performance with the Organization Commitment as the
Intervening Variable. The research was conducted at three Satuan Kerja Perangkat
Daerah (SKPD) in West Pasaman Regency, namely Dinas Pertanian Tanaman
Pangan Hortikultura dan Peternakan (DPTPHP), Dinas Perkebunan (Disbun) and
Badan Pelaksana Penyuluh Pertanian Perikanan Kehutanan dan Ketahanan Pangan
(BP4KKP. Respondent of the researches are Civil Servant at three Satuan Kerja
Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) in West Pasaman Regency. The primer data was collected
through distributing the questionnaire with 118 samples. The data was analyzed by
using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, with Amos Program 21 version.
The finding of the study showed that 1) the Person Organization Fit and the
Competency have the positive effect on the Employee Performance through the
Organization Commitment as the Intervening Variable; 2) the Person-Organization fit
and the competency have the positive effect on the Organization Commitment and
3) the Organization Commitment could indirectly increase the effect of Person
Organization Fit on the Employee Performance
