Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of human resources management practises  to employee attitude at State Own Company. Data were collected with purposive sampling technique and SEM - smartPLS 2.0 M3 analyses were used. The results prove that human resources management practices and intrinsic motivation influence to work attitude, while knowledge of psychological contract is not significant. Trust is not influence to knowledge of psychological contract, but intrinsic motivation and human resources management practices are significant
